What happens to your voice
You can speak your answers or type them, and switch at any time. This page explains what happens if you speak.
Jenney Surelia is responsible for this data. Questions go to jenneysurelia@gmail.com.
What is recorded
Only the time between one tap to start and one tap to stop. A clear mark shows while it is recording. Nothing is captured at any other time. The microphone is asked for only when you first choose to speak, and a recording can last up to 3 minutes.
Where it goes
Your recording is stored in a private bucket in Amsterdam, encrypted at rest. It is turned into text on the same server, by an open speech model running inside the app; it is not sent to anyone else. The text is kept with your answer.
If you record again
A take you discard before submitting is deleted at once. It is not kept.
Who hears it
Only the person who invited you. No other guest hears it or sees the text.
Deleting it
From your link you can delete any of your answers, spoken or typed, whenever you like.
A limit you should know about
Anything that can be heard can be recorded again with another device. No app can prevent this.
